OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Can we say first of all that we would like to enjoy staying in our cottages. We have included some terms and conditions just to make it easier to administer the booking arrangements for you and ourselves.
RESERVATIONS
To reserve a cottage, please check the calendar and then contact us by telephone on 01749 840185 or by email. The cottage will be reserved for you once we have received a 50% deposit paid either by card over the telephone or cheque made payable to David Parry. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your holiday.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your holiday giving a minimum of 6 weeks notice, your deposit will be refunded. If less than 6 weeks notice we will refund your deposit if we re-let the cottage.
GENERAL
Our cottages are available from Friday to Friday unless shown otherwise on our calendar. 5, 6 & 7 night bookings are charged at the weekly rate. 3 & 4 night breaks are available. Please check availability and then contact us for pricing.
TIMES OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The cottages will be available from 1500 hours on the day of arrival and up to 1000 hours on the day of departure.
WHAT YOUR BOOKING INCLUDES
All prices include gas, electric, hot water and central heating, crockery, glasses, cutlery and bed linen. A charge is made for internet access.
